The George and Colleen Hoyt Collection of Northwest Coast Art focuses on the history of contemporary Northwest Coast Native art from the 1950s to the present. Comprised of approximately 600 artworks, including prints, masks, and other artworks, the collection was donated to HFMA in 2023 and 2024 following the major exhibition titled TRANSFORMATIONS: The George and Colleen Hoyt Collection of Northwest Coast Art and the companion exhibition TRANSITION to PRINT: Selections from the George and Colleen Hoyt Collection of Northwest Coast Art in the fall of 2022. Artists represented in the collection include Robert Davidson, Susan Point, Beau Dick, Doug Cranmer, and many others.

TRANSITION To PRINT: Selections From The George And Colleen Hoyt Collection Of Northwest Coast Art features a range of contemporary prints by some of the foremost Native printmakers of the region, including Tony Hunt Sr., Reg Davidson, Francis Dick, and Andrea Wilbur-Sigo, among others.
