Senior Art Students Featured at Hallie Ford Museum of Art

A new exhibition features the work of seven senior art students at Willamette University and will open on April 12 and continue through May 11 in the Melvin Henderson-Rubio Gallery at Willamette University’s Hallie Ford Museum of Art. The exhibition is presented every spring to honor and acknowledge the work of senior art majors. Characterized by a wide variety of styles and approaches, the exhibition represents the culmination of their four years at Willamette and includes work in a variety of media including an art installation, drawings, sculpture, photography and cut paper.

This year’s senior art students include Graham Bachelder, installation (Costa Mesa, Calif.); Kirsten Brehmer, photography (Evergreen, Colo.); Kiana Isabelle Diaz Figueroa, cut paper (Tegucigalpa, Honduras); Dallas Frederick, sculpture (Bend, Ore.); Keisha Komeiji, drawing (Hilo, Hawaii); MacKenzie Lamson, photography (Portland, Ore.); and Monique Rodriguez, sculpture (Carbondale, Colo).
